In this very first phase of the Playful Days at Home Toolkit, you are going to be setting the goals that you will refer to throughout the process.

Because ultimately, it is all very well and good buying this toolkit, but you also need to take action and decide upon the outcomes that you really want to see!

There are two practical tasks you need to do before you head on over to Phase Two and plan out your first daily rhythm.

  • You need to future forecast where you want to BE by the end of this process
  • You need to establish where you’re at now with a 5 day diary
