Refunds Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses, along with instant access of all materials, refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
Please take the time to read through the course sales page before your purchase so that you are clear on the content. If you are unsure as to whether the course is suitable for you, don’t hesitate to contact me prior to purchasing.
I take your investment seriously. I am happy to work with each customer until they are fully satisfied – it’s important to get feedback that will help improve the course offerings and in some instances offer you alternative training as well as a full refund.
I allow returns for refunds if the goals of the course were not met. This is on the condition you have completed the course and found it not to have been of value and you have learnt nothing from the content.
To request a refund:
- within 14 days of purchase please contact me – you can find a contact form on the ‘About Me’ page – with the following details:
- The name of the course;
- The date you bought it;
- The email address you used when you bought the course;
- An explanation of what you didn’t like about it and your reasons for requesting a refund (we need to know what didn’t work for you so we can make changes and improve future courses and re-writes).
On receiving your message I’ll refund you in full and de-activate your course login. Please allow up to ten working days for your money to arrive. If you’ve paid using a credit card, refunds are usually with you in three to four working days.

To be clear, we own our page layout and design, overall look and appearance, individual graphics, icons, videos, logos and taglines.

You are only receiving a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial use only in order to access any content or materials in the offering you have paid for or opted to receive.

Confidentiality & Rights
Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 / GDPR, the Client and This Playful Home may keep on record such information (e.g. contact details, tax relevant information) as is necessary.
This Playful Home will protect Client’s business information securely at all times, including any login details and passwords. On termination of the contract we delete all client data held, excluding data held for our own tax records.
Digital
This Playful Home has no control over the policies of Facebook, Instagram, and all other social media platforms being utilised for campaigns, and we have no control of the content that social media channels accept now or in the future.
