the Playful Days at Home

Quit searching Instagram and Pinterest ideas to entertain your littlies and stop combing the internet for parenting ‘hacks’. These are short-term fixes and you need a long-term solution.
You need to say goodbye to early years overwhelm and start enjoying days at home with your children.
Sound impossible? It’s not. You just need the right tools.
I’m here to help you create a gentle daily rhythm to your days that puts play and building independence at the forefront. It’s time to start understanding what really works with toddlers and pre-schoolers.

Are you going through the motions each day waiting for your children to get a little older so you can start enjoying life again?

It’s so easy to get caught up in the mindset, ‘I’ve just gotta get through until bedtime’.
And society tells us that this is normal: there’s the endless jokes about cold coffee, tantruming kids and wishful thinking about getting our lives back on track, ‘once the kids go to school’.
But what if I told you that the early years of parenting don’t need to be about enduring days at home – what IF you could actually enjoy them too?
The thing is, you don’t need another Instagram hack or Pinterest craft to keep your little ones entertained. If you want to stop your days veering between overwhelming and boring, then what you really need is a clear structure to your day.
If you’re struggling to get your child to play independently for more than 5 minutes so that you can get other stuff done, then what you really need are the tools that will help your family achieve this.
And the best thing of all? You don’t need to sacrifice your own self-care to do this.  This is not about giving everything to your children and nothing to yourself.
