Hi there!

I’m Sian, founder of This Playful Home.

I’m a fully qualified teacher and mum to three children aged 3, 5 and 12.

For the past 5 years, I’ve been work-from-home,  home-schooling mum by choice.

I used to be the mum that ran herself ragged. That was until I began to burn out big time…As an expat mum, getting help from friends and relatives wasn’t an option so I took a big step back and started to unpick what I was doing and how I was spending my days.

Here’s what I found:

  • Despite many open-ended toys, my children weren’t playing;
  • Despite giving my all with planned activities, outings and love, my children would never play independently;
  • The time intensive activities didn’t hold the interest of my children;
  • Our days fluctuated between being boring or exhausting with no middle way.

…I started putting specific strategies in place to help. I’m introducing some of those playful days and home secrets here in this toolkit.

What you get:

  • Video content;
  • Downloadable pdfs;
  • Daily journal;
  • Digital swipe-files.

Lessons are computer and mobile friendly, presented in English and have optional subtitles (I know that’s handy in a busy home!).

What happens if I can't watch the videos on the release date?
That’s not a problem, I know you are a busy parent. Once you’ve signed up for the toolkit you will get lifetime access.
What does lifetime access mean?

This means that you will get access to the course and any updates for as long as it is available. If the course is ever archived, you will get 6 weeks notice to watch the videos and download pdfs.

How long will the toolkit take me to complete?
This will depend on your schedule. The toolkit is divided into bitesize sections – so you could do it all in one day or spread it out over the course of a few weeks.

The course is both mobile and desktop friendly.
What languages is the course in?

The course is only available in English at this time.
